Install WordPress Blog Using Fantastico De Luxe

This guide will teach you how to install a wordpress blog using Fantastico. Most webhosts support Fantastico. Fantastico is basically a one click install program, it helps you install the web programs you want. To install wordpress using Fantastico the steps are very simple and easy. You basically login to your webhost, go to Fantastico section, fill out a form, and click install. So as you can see installing wordpress using Fantastico is very easy to do. 1. Login to your webhost
2. Scroll down to Software/Services
3. Click on Fantastico De Luxe
4. Click on WordPress under blog section on left hand side
5. Click New Installation on right side
6. Install on domain name: Select your domain name you want Wordpress to be installed on.
7. Under Install in Directory: leave blank so that Wordpress installs on the root directory
8. Admin Username: use the same username your host gave you, or any other you prefer.
9. Admin Password: use the same password for your domain name, webhost, or a different one if you like.
10. Admin Nickname: Make this the title of your website.
11. The rest of the settings should be fine
12. Click Install WordPress
13. Click Finish Wordpress Installation (don't need to email notes)
14. You are done! WordPress is now installed!
15. You may now login to your Wordpress installation by going to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/
