Blogger tip, the idea of writing keyword optimized content whether it is on your website or a blog is to get noticed on the search engines for different keywords or terms that people are searching for. To do this you want to write helpful content yet also have differnet phrases and keywords repeated throughout your content. This will get you higher in the search results, which means free increased traffic to your website or blog. Now you can repeat a single keyword a million times on your blog post and still not get ranked for it. The reason being is the search engines like the content to look natural yet also relevant. There is not a person reading the content of your blog and trying to decide how helpful or relevant it is for different search terms, a computer program called a search engine robot or search engine spider scans your blog content to see what it is about. Now if the search bot see's other words related to your content then the search robot will rank you higher, also if it see's images with titles and descriptions that are relevant to your blog post, higher up you go, also if the search bot see's you are linked to other websites that are related to this post, even higher in the organic search results you go. There are many things the search robots look for to rank your post's content, so every little bit helps, so start with the little things that are done on your blog by writting good keyword optimized content in your blog posts. - Login to your blogger account
- You should now be on your blogger Dashboard. If you have more than 1 blogger blog listed find the blog you want to write new content on. Click on "+New Post".
- You will be asked for Title, Content, and Labels.
- In the Title box this will be a catchy title of your article and also loaded up a bit with keywords you want to be known for.
- In your blog content write out your content being helpful and descriptive.
- Labels type in different keywords that relate to this article, maybe even phrases you think others will search for.
- Re-read your content you wrote, now change any words or phrases to add more keywords in your content. Avoid words like it, that, etc if you are describing something you want to be know for, instead use that word or phrase. Also think of those other phrases and terms you entered in labels that people may search for, make sure they are somewhere in your content.
- If you add images to this article, make sure you use those keywords and phrases as titles and descriptions of the images.
- If you are add links to other websites, whether they are for link exchange, affiliates, or just a helpful website or blog, make sure to try to only link to products and other websites that are relevant to this article.
- Click "Publish Post".
